Thank you for your time looking at the ad! We are 2 Spanish girls and 2 Italian guys, currently looking for a new flatmate to join our home.

Diego, an Italian engineer passionate about cycling and surfing; Begoña, Spanish store manager at Zara passionate about art; Carla, a Spanish teacher passionate about basketball and Tommaso, an Italian working for London Underground passionate about photography.
We are easy-going people, all workers who like a friendly and relaxing environment, so we are looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly person to join the house.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms (split into 2 floors), 2 toilets, a living room, and a kitchen. It is really well kept, close to the city center, well connected to public transport and many amenities.

The room is single but with a double bed, it's cozy and brightness. We try to keep the house always clean and tidy.

The house is really close to:

1. Public Transport

Vauxhall tube station Zone 1 - Victoria Line - Rail services and many bus stops, 5 min by bus from home;

Clapham Common 15 min by walk (an amazing area full of shops, clubs, bar, pubs, and restaurants);

Clapham Junction 7 min by bus (with the train to Gatwick, within 30 min, and Brighton 1 hour);

Bus Stop (Bus number 77 to Tooting and Waterloo, 87 to Wandsworth and Aldwych, P5 to Elephant and Castle and Brixton) 2 min by walk

Wandsworth overground station 5 min by walk

2. Amenities

We have got a really huge Sainsbury close to the house, Tesco, Asda, Post office, Pure gym, Virgin Gym, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Lebanese, African, and many other Restaurants and shops reachable by few minutes walk.

3. General information

The price is 600£ a month everything included no extra bills:

Council tax, gas, electricity, and all bills are included.

TV Licence (included) We have 40" LCD TV in the living room

Internet up to 200mb (super fast)

Laundry dryer (no stands or cloths outside)

Printer available for all flatmates;

GP in front of the house (just need to cross the road)

No Couples - No Pets
