Small Double Room:

Well equipped double with with loads of storage including a large wardrobe, over head and underbed storage, a desk and numerous other features. Please note the bed is wall to wall so if you are tall and your feet hang over the bed this room would not be right for you.

The house:

Our large spacious kitchen is the communal space in the house where we meet up and chat if we want, cook and also meet for our monthly catch up house meetings. Clean and well equipped its the heart of the house leading to the garden which is a big sun trap if you like chilling in the sun,.

Our kitchen is well equipped a double Neff Oven, Neff Induction Hob with all Pans and cooking utensils shared by all. We all have our own fridges with a small freezer compartment with a seperate kitchen cupboard each so your kitchen food space is your own. No need to share food storage space with others.
Lastly we have 2 Bathrooms, one a bathroom with bath/ toilet , shower and the other a cloakroom toilet.

Large bright, south facing garden with decked area, 3 comfy tub chairs and space for outside bike storage if you need it..

About us:: Current household

2 females lodger with a variety of different interests. I am a choreographer and skate instructor. The the other Lodger is a nurse working standard 9am-5pm
I am an experienced live in landlord looking to meet like-minded friendly, clean and tidy, considerate flat mates wanting to find a calm peaceful home to come back to and be part of our team.


So this is a calm, quiet, safe home with friendly independent girls who chat together when meet in kitchen whilst also living relatively independent chilled out lives.

After sharing with others for quite a while we know how important it is to have house rules in order to keep our home a home. These rules are pretty common sense such as not leaving dishes in the sink, no shoes, cleaning as you go and leaving the shared rooms as clean and tidy as you found them and we do adhere to the rules so if you are someone who appreciates the importance of a team all working for the same ideals around cleanliness and calm then this home could well be the home for you.


This is an amazing location.

Cycling into central london takes 15/ 20 minutes depending on where in the centre you are heading and obviously personal speed.

On the 87 bus you can be in Trafalgar sq in 25 mins. On 77 bus the journey to Waterloo is 20 mins.

Stockwell tube is a 12 minute walk away giving you the norther line City and Westend Branches and the super awesome Victoria line.

We are in Nine Elms which is the development zone for Battersea Power Station just down the road and the new Circus West which is on the river thames. The American Embassy is 15 minute walk away and in 2021 two tube stations are scheduled to open nearby and these will be our local tube stations and zone 1.

Vauxhall tube (zone 1) a 20/25 minute walk or 4 minute bus ride away and its Santander Bike Central. We have loads of santander bike bays close by.

Brixton, Clapham North, Clapham Old Town, Battersea all in walking distance (15-30 min) or quick bus/tube if prefer.

Wandsworth Rd train station serving East London direct including Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Shoredich and
Clapham Junction.

Clapham Junction is a 10/15 min bus ride with trains Direct to so many locations including Brigton, Eastbourne, Shepherds Bush and Gatwick Airport.

24 hour tubes at the weekend

Tesco Express, Huge Sainsburys with Habitat and Argos and Waitrose all within walking distance

Battersea Park and Clapham Common close by and Larkhall Park at top of road.

24 hr Pure Gym,, New Covent Garden Market, Battersea Power station and the New American Embassy Developments just down the road.

Tennis courts and a great selection of small cafes, restaurants and pubs locally including our own small local brewery and the Thames is a 15 minute walk from the flat if you love calm quite walks.
