Spacious, Sunny Room in Stockwell

I'm moving abroad, and need to find someone to fill my room. It's the largest room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat located roughly halfway between Stockwell and Vauxhall tube stations.

It comes fully furnished with a super comfortable double bed, a side-table, bookcase, large wardrobe, desk and chair, and a small sofa. Despite all of that, it's still very spacious with plenty of floorspace. The room is facing away from the road, so there's no traffic noise, and it gets loads of sunlight throughout the day.

The rest of the flat is fairly modest. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, washing machine, and a good amount of storage.

The two other flatmates work full time and are both really nice guys who are interested in music, videogames, and cooking.

The building is really well connected in terms of transportation. Right out the front door is a bus stop for the 77, 88, and 196. About 10-15 minutes walk to both the Stockwell tube station (Northern and Victoria Line) and the Vauxhall tube/train station (Victoria Line). In the surrounding are two gyms, several parks, a tesco express, and numerous restaurants.

The rent is £570. Other monthly bills are: £8.80 for internet, ~£30 for gas and water, and £33 for council tax.

I'm hoping to move out at the end of May, so I'm looking for someone who can move in on or very near to the 1st of June.
