Small Double Bedroom in Vauxhall / Stockwell March

Hi all,

I am going to be moving out of my lovely flat at the end of March! I'm leaving 2 of my best friends and we're super keen to find someone great, hence putting the ad up so early.

The room is a small double, with a fitted cupboard. There's room for storage under the bed and also a really large cupboard in the hallway, which is currently paired up with the room. There's loads of shoe storage in the hallway too.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, all doubles - the other 2 have massive fitted wardrobes (so you can borrow rail space if you need!). There's a separate toilet and bathroom, with over-bath shower - the bathroom is really lovely. There's a kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Then there's a large living room / diner with super comfy corner sofa and 6-seater table. Everything is really neutrally decorated.

The girls who you'll be living with are Hannah and Emma, both working professionals and both really lovely. They both exercise, like to go out, dinner, exploring, brunches etc. We spend a lot of time in the living room, so keen for someone who can basically take my place and become a real friend - they don't just want a room mate.

Fees apply for inventory and adding you to the contract - sorry spare room wont let me add it anywhere!
