My boyfriend and I are very sad to leave this gorgeous apartment as we are going back to study. The flat is very conveniently located with less then a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town Station (connects to Waterloo) and 15 minute walk to East Putney (district line). It is also only a 5 minute walk from the river Thames (perfect for evening strolls), 10 minute walk to Southside shopping centre and there is a Sainsbury’s local literally on our doorstep!

The flat is a spacious one bed with an open plan living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom, double bedroom and huge storage room. The flat comes with a sofa bed, otherwise we have furnished the flat ourselves but would like to sell the Bed (6 months brand new) and willing to sell other furniture too.
