Single room in zone 2 (wandsworth)

Hey guys, I'm leaving my room in 2 weeks. I'm smoking for someone ( ideally a girl but if you are a boy and your are interested you are more than welcomed ). The flat is in wandsworth, zone 2, south west london, it has 3 roms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet ans 1 bathroom. The rent is £605, bills are not included but just to let you know I usually pay less than 50 pounds.

You will find many restaurants (wagamama, nando's, McDonald's, prêt, Starbucks....) a shopping centre and buses at only 5 minutes walk.

You are 30 minutes away from centre london by bus and 20 minutes by train.

You'll be taking my contract over. (It ends on the 31st August)

You are free to renew the contract for another 6 monts if you like ( I'll put you through my landlord)
