Double room in the middle of Wandsworth Town

I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom in my flat. It is a new build and is located opposite Southside shopping centre.

The flat itself is two bedroom and two bathroom, a kitchen/living room combo and a balcony. The building itself has a rooftop garden for use. There is secure bike storage and once the main building in the development is completed there will also be the use of the concierge I believe.

You will see from the photos that there is some missing furniture - all of this has been ordered so excuse the emptiness in the photos!

I'm 27, an accountant and originally from Surrey. I'm pretty easy going and sociable and looking for someone like minded. I'm normally always up for a beer in the evening but always happy to chill and let you have your own space if you would like it!

I'm looking to rent the room for £900 per month with all bills included so if you might like the place let me know and tell me a bit about yourself as well!
