Double Room With En-Suite And Garden Available 5/4

A light filled double bedroom on the top floor with an en-suite in a beautiful terraced home in Wandsworth Town. Our room is available from week commencing 5/4 as we sadly have to move back to Australia.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town overground station. It is 15 minutes from Waterloo, 10 minutes from Vauxhall (Victoria Line) or 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

The house is advertised as unfurnished, but the bed, wardrobes, mirror and side tables can stay for no cost. There is a large shared living room with TV, sofa and a 6 seater dining table. The kitchen is spacious and modern, leading on to a peaceful garden with bi-folding doors and another table (perfect for working at home). The house has a BBQ and small outdoor setting, ideal in the spring and summer.

The house benefits from cheap bills, approx. £70 pp per month including internet and council tax. We also have a cleaner which is £9 a fortnight.

It’s been a beautiful space to live with Jon and Julia and we are so sad to leave the house but we have to move back to Australia due to our visa ending and CoVID-19. The current housemates are happy, working professionals, sociable, but also respect your privacy.

The house is close to great pubs including The Ship, East Hill and the Alma. It is walking distance to great restaurants on St John’s hill and Northcote Road and a 10 minute walk to Southside shopping complex. There are several gyms nearby and a walk to Wandsworth Common and King George's park. The house has on street permit parking available in a quiet road.
