Fun and friendly home in heart of Wandsworth Town!

Our housemate Joel is leaving us to go travelling which means we are looking for a fun and friendly male to fill the room! Looking for a male to keep the balance sorry gals

A little bit about us;

Will is 32, Irish and a Software Developer (but still a surprisingly interesting bloke!) He is a regular at Crossfit and a keen cyclist. He loves a drink, an Indian takeaway (the delivery guy and him are tight!) and is an integral member of the family pub quiz team / doesn’t need us at all. Never a dull moment with him and the classic Irish humour.

Sophie is 28 and whilst very much English, a big supporter of all things Welsh! She is a pharmacist by day at Guys hospital She spends a lot of time making the most of everything there is to do in London and keeps us all amused with her post night out stories! A friendly face who can always be relied on for an after work drink or chocolate buttons.

Lucy is 31, also English and works in commercial property leasing - but will do anything to avert the surveyor stereotype! Hobbies include a long walk, a good spin sesh and reformer pilates! She loves spending her weekends doing all of the typical things. An avid brunch goer and red wine drinker. Easily distracted by dogs and thinks anything can be solved over a cup of tea.

We have the perfect balance of having our own lives but are also a close group ourselves who genuinely enjoy spending time together. The house really is a home. We are keen to find someone likeminded who's keen to get involved!

It’s a lovely house with open plan kitchen / living room, large communal terrace with table, chairs and bbq - a great sun trap in the summer!

We're all respectful of each other and keep a clean home and would ask the same from anyone joining us.

Dishwasher, washing machine, Sky Internet & TV and fortnightly cleaner.

The room;
Double room shares a bathroom with one other. It has room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. It is part furnished so we need to confirm what is staying.

The Landlord is incredibly welcoming, always on hand to help and likes to treat his tenants like family.

Finally, the house is in the centre of Wandsworth Town amongst coffee shops, pubs various restaurants and a Sainsburys local! It's a 2 min walk from Wandsworth Town Station which connects through Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and on to Waterloo. It is well positioned for walks to Wandsworth Park, Putney Tow path, Battersea Park, Wandsworth Common and the Wandle Trail etc. A 10 min walk from Southside Shopping Centre.

We are going to do viewings on 17th and 18th June as we need to get the room sorted ASAP! We look forward to hearing from you!
