I am looking for a reliable housemate to live in my house. I travel for work, 3-4 times a month so not often at home. A young lady is currently living with me (in the 3rd bedroom) and I have a gorgeous Dog, Cobi - you will not be needed to look after the dog when I am away, I have arrangements for her.
The house is a 3 bedroom house. The Double Bedroom has an inbuilt Wardrobe, Chest of draws and some book shelves. As I will be leaving the property often, I am looking for a reliable person, who I will be able to trust.
The property has a small rear garden and a garage and is very close to SouthSide Shopping centre - 5 mins walk - and around 10min walk to Wandsworth Town Station (train to Waterloo takes 15mins)
