Bright double room available in Wandsworth Town

Hello everyone! 🤗
Our lovely flatmate is relocating for work, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home from the 1st of December. The room is a bright and spacious double in a cosy flat in Wandsworth Town / Clapham Junction.
I’ve been living here since 2022, and Adam moved in last October but we’ve known each other since Uni, so the vibe is very relaxed and friendly. The area is fantastic: we’re right next to Wandsworth Common, about 15–20 minutes from Clapham Junction, and only 5 minutes from Southside Shopping Centre which has shops, a gym, cinema and a brand new arcade.
We’d love to find someone in their mid to late twenties who is easy-going, considerate and clean, but also someone who sees the flat as a home, not just a place to sleep. Someone who’s happy to have a chat in the kitchen or share a cheeky glass of wine (or the whole bottle 😄).
A little about us:
I work in Sales and Adam works in a hospital, he’s super friendly, calm and easy to live with.
About me: I’m really into art, theatre, reading, travelling… and I recently entered the Pilates world and I am fully obsessed 😅 so expect me to disappear for reformer classes and come back very zen.
The practical bits:
Rent: £800 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: Around 100£ in winter, less in summer (covers council tax, internet, gas/electricity, water)
Deposit: £550
The room is furnished (just bring your own TV if you want one in your room)
Lovely private landlord, references may be required.
You’ll be taking over the contract until June 2026, with the possibility to extend.
We don’t have a cleaner, we all just do our bit with shared spaces.
