Hey,
I'm looking for a flatmate for the second room in my flat - a large double bedroom - in Wandsworth Town, circa 8 mins from Wandsworth Town station and circa 15 mins from Earlsfield station.
I'm a 34 year old male, Director of a PR Agency, originally from up north but have been in London for a decade or so now. I've kept the flat following a break-up, and I'm aiming to buy somewhere before the end of the year / early next but looking for a flatmate (who can keep the flat after I leave) in the meantime.
I'm very relaxed, easy to live with (I think!) and sociable but also respectful of people's space. It's an amazing location, with plenty of pubs / bars / restaurants and greenery nearby.
Please note I do have a small dog, a Cavalier King Charles, in the flat most days. I have a large friendship group, and I'm in the office typically 3x days a week.
I'm very comfortable with male or female flatmates, but looking for someone equally relaxed / sociable / independent,
