A lovely, bright and peaceful double bedroom with bathroom available in a modern two-bedroom flat in the beautiful Wandsworth Riverside Quarter.

The room is spacious, quiet and filled with natural light. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, high-quality mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Some of the photos were taken before the current lodger moved in, but the room is now even better equipped with additional storage and the blue wall is now all white.

You will have use of the guest bathroom, which is primarily for your use as I have my own bathroom. It is spacious, modern and includes a large shower and storage.

About the Flat:

The flat is modern, bright and very well maintained. The open-plan kitchen and living area offers plenty of space to relax, cook or unwind after work. There is also a balcony overlooking the peaceful surroundings of the development.

One of the things I love most about living here is how peaceful it feels. Despite being very well connected, it is tucked away from busy roads and city noise, making it a great place to come home to and recharge.

Who I’m Looking For

This is a calm and respectful home rather than a party house.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, reliable and tidy, who appreciates a peaceful living environment and treats the flat as a home rather than simply a place to sleep.

The room would be particularly well suited to someone who works primarily from the office or is out and about during the week. As I also work from home part of the week, this arrangement tends to work best for someone who works remotely no more than 1–2 days per week.

Minimum stay is 3 months, although longer-term tenants are welcome.

Rent & Bills

Rent and bills are paid monthly.

Bills typically average around £50 per month, depending on usage and the season. Winter months may be slightly higher due to heating and hot water usage.

Couples are welcome, with an additional £250 per month for double occupancy.

The flat is located in the sought-after Wandsworth Riverside Quarter development, close to Wandsworth Park, the River Thames, local cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Excellent transport links include:
