The guest bathroom is for you to use as I have my own one. It is spacious and has a nice shower and all furnitures included.

The room is available for short and long term and rent and bills are paid monthly.

About the flat: the flat is brand new and well kept and I would like the new person to be mindful and respectful.

The kitchen and living room is bright and spacious. TV is included with all other furnitures.
Moreover, a dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The flat is away from traffic chaos and it is a very special place to relax and enjoy quietness.

Please note this is not a party house.

About bills: bills as water, electricity and hot water comes around £50 per month - this depends on the use.

Please note couples are welcomed and double occupancy has a small supplement of £250.

About the area: quiet area, close to Wandsworth Park and Wandsworth town with many restaurants and local shops and pub + shopping Center.
There is a bus stop just outside the building.
Tube station and train station very close.
