The flat is located on the 4th floor of the Smugglers Way flats, coming with a security guard, concierge, shop, and newly refurbished hallway, lift, and foyer. The flat is a 4-minute walk from Wandsworth town station, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction, and a 14-minute train to Waterloo. It is also very handy to Wandsworth Park just a 5-minute walk along the river.
