A simply stunning three-bedroom house presented in immaculate condition and situated in a gated mews. This beautiful and spacious property comprises a large reception/dining room, a modern kitchen, two modern bathrooms and three bedrooms, and further benefits from a well-kept private garden, garage and on-street parking. The bedroom available will share the bathroom with Pete.
Two current housemates are super chilled and easygoing, one is in the office 5 days a week, and the other typically 2-3 days so the house won’t be too busy if you want to work from home. Pete is from Scotland and works in financial services, while Harene is Australian and works in the healthcare industry. Both housemates are super respectful and clean and tidy, with a cleaner coming every two weeks. to keep it extra nice. Both Pete and Harene are keen to live with someone that they could be friends with and who'd be up for for the occasional pint/dinner etc. Just looking for all round good human beings to be honest. Everyone has their own routine/social life but all kinda hang around when people are about/watch netflix etc.
The tenancy lasts until the end of October 2025. The letting agents will require a change of name on The Tenancy Agreement. Bills are split 3 ways and are approx £210 per month.
Superbly located in the heart of Wandsworth Town, the property benefits from a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Wandsworth Town station (National Rail) is a stone's throw away offering fantastic links to many areas of London and beyond.
Looking to confirm the new tenant asap to start by 5/6 July. Also helpful if you tell me a bit about yourself when you message and have a profile pic :)
If you cannot move in on July 5th we can be flexible and see what works best for both parties.
