Our lovely house mate returns to Ireland cry cry!

We have a spacious double room in a 3 bed house, fully furnished, with a sun trapped front garden close by Wandsworth Town/ Clapham Junction station.

Available from 15th March flexible 1/2 days.

We are two easy going professionals in our late thirties: Orna, works in non-profit, communications and Jay, accountant at a University (hopefully I’m not as boring as that sounds!!).

We both wfh 2/3 days a week, although we both generally prefer the office. Unfortunately the room would not suit someone who is fully remote.

We both have busy lives doing our own things (choir, gymnastics, gym, theatre, wine/dine). It’s also nice to come home chat about the day, get comfy on the couch and unwind by watching Netflix. It’s equally nice having some ‘me’ time after a busy day.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy with a social but relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, happy to say good morning/night, equally busy with no drama, to help create a home.

Rent: £855 including bills (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas).
Additional costs:
Cleaner/broadband/TV license/communal kitchen/cleaning products.

Estimated cost per month is approx £900

The house has a sunny front garden, living room with a large TV, well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) , shared bathroom AND a washing machine and DRYER 😉

Location:
Close to overground stations and buses within minutes.
Thames path is a very short distance away, perfect for an evening walk.
Walking distance to plenty restaurants, bars and cafes on St. John's Hill and Clapham junction.
