Apartment with gym & heated pool

Looking for a housemate in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in New Acres Wandsworth Town. The apartment complex has its own high end gym & heated lido, and it also has communal and private work spaces for WFH (with high speed internet), and games rooms with pool and snooker tables. It has private dining rooms which can also be hired to entertain guests in.

The room available has a double bed and side table included, plus you would have exclusive use of the main bathroom. The living area is large and open plan, has views over the Thames, and I work for Sky so there’s a brand new 55 inch Sky Glass television in the lounge with access to everything on Sky TV included, plus all the streaming services - Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV! This building also has a roof terrace with gorgeous views over London to enjoy.

The rent includes all bills - council tax, gas and electric, community heating, internet, tv license.

A bit about me - I’m 34, from New Zealand & have been in London 8 years now. I am a television director at Sky News (so no work from home for me!) I’m a pretty relaxed person and enjoy both going out and staying in, in equal measure.
