The flat consists of 2 bedrooms in the basement with a shared bathroom, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and kitchen/living room/balcony on the first floor. Room is available from July 30th.

Flat is modern and incredibly well kept. The room for rent is in the basement with a shared bathroom. The room is equipped with a door out to the light-well which provides amazing ventilation for the room.

Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & chest of drawers. Room will be been freshly painted before move in date.

The upstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen/living room with double doors onto a small patio. Large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob & washing machine all included.

The location is amazing and why I’ve so happily lived here for the last 5 years. You’re only 3 mins from Wandsworth Town station which takes you to Clapham Junction, Queenstown Road, Vauxhall and Waterloo in 20 mins. You’re also just steps away from 3 of my favourite coffee shops (Lockdown Bakehouse, Gails & Frenchies) as well as a small Sainsbury’s for all those quick last minute shops and the big Sainsbury’s/Southside shopping centre just a 10 min walk away. Our local, the infamous Alma pub, is also steps away for a quick pint.

When it comes to getting outdoors one of the things I will miss the most is the short walk down to The Thames and my favourite walk along the river through Wadsworth Park towards Putney and across to the gorgeous Bishops Park. It truly is a little escape from the London craziness.
I should also mention that my favourite yoga studio (which is incredibly good value) is MoreYoga and is just a 5 min walk away in the stunning Ram Quarter development. Norinda is the nicest yogi out there and I couldn’t recommend her classes more.

Flat mates are young professionals, 1 girl & 1 boy, 30-40, friendly, tidy, sociable and easy going.

Likewise, they are looking for a friendly, easy going, clean & tidy housemate, a non smoker, girl or guy, someone who wants to make this their new home.

I’m so sad to be leaving but hope to find someone who will love the space as much as I have. You will receive a new 12 month contract. Landlord will be happy to extend.
