Hello! My partner and I have a second bedroom/office which we would look to sublease during the period of August 1st (flexible) through September 15th. Ideally we would want someone for a minimum of 3-4 weeks!
We will we out of town for a portion of the time so you would have the whole flat to yourself!
It is a small single room with a closet and its own bathroom (just across the hall).
We are both 28, play sports (Golf, Paddle, Sotball) on the weekdays and love to watch shows and drink a glass of wine after dinner.
We are both professionals who work in the SoHo area so we go into the office most days of the week.
