Hello! My partner and I have a second bedroom/office which we would look to rent out during the period of December 1st (flexible) through December 23rd. We also are looking to rent it out from end of January to end of February/start of March (flexible).
We will we out of town for a portion of both of these time so you would have the whole flat to yourself!
It is a small single room with a closet and its own bathroom (just across the hall).
We are both 29, play sports (Golf, Paddle, Sotball) on the weekdays and love to watch shows and drink a glass of wine after dinner.
We are both professionals who work in the SoHo area so we go into the office most days of the week.
