My flatmate is leaving at the end of our contract, which is the 18th of August so I'm looking for someone to take over her place in the contract from the 19th of August. You'l have to give her your part of the deposit once you move in, which is £900.
This is a huge double bed room with a very large wardrobe, bed and side table included.
The flat comes with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and all other electrical appliances you can think of! (Except a nespresso machine 🥹)
Rent is £925 and about £120-150 for the bills, depending on the season.
It is in the heart of Wandsworth Town, a safe and quiet area, our own small village in the hustle and bustle of London!
There are at least 2 parks within walking distance (King George's and Wandsworth Park), there are many gyms nearby and all kinds of international cuisine restaurants at your fingertips (such as Zia Luccia, Pad Thai Story, Konnigan's, Viet Town).
I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room from the 19th of August, like I said. I'm generally quiet and very respectful of other people's space and down time so this isn't a party house but you are more than welcome to bring over guests for dinner etc, we'd just have to communicate that amongst ourselves!
