Double room available to rent in a lovely, peaceful flat in the Tonsleys for £950 incl. bills.

The bedroom is a good sized double with a large built in wardrobe and an alcove with built in shelving. The room has two windows, so gets lovely light in the mornings and has a nice view over the downstairs flat’s garden. The room is unfurnished and rent is £775 a month. Bills come to £175, so it’s £950 all in.

In the rest of the flat we have… a petite, but well appointed kitchen, a shared bathroom with a bath and recently refitted shower.
The sitting room is a big dual aspect room at the front of the flat and gets gorgeous light in the evenings.

The flat is in the middle of the Tonsleys in Wandsworth Town, which has a really nice London village feel. There a plenty of pubs and coffee shops on the doorstep with the river, Wandsworth Park and Wandsworth Common all a short walk away.
It’s a really well connected and safe area. The flat is 4 mins from Wandsworth Town station with plenty of buses at the top of the road, and Clapham Junction also just a 15 minute stroll away.

About me…
I’m Lucy, I’m 31 and I work in comms. I’m an easygoing and sociable person with a fair bit going on, so would love to live with someone similar, who’s also up for grabbing drinks, a film or weekend brunch.
I’ve lived here a few years, have furnished the flat and made it feel homely, so some furniture for your room is all you’d need.
I tend to be in the office 2-3 times a week and am usually away at least one weekend a month.
