Room available in 3 bed/1 bath maisonette located in between Wandsworth town and Clapham junction. We are both 29 year old female professionals looking for another housemate. We are friends from home and lived here the past year. Our previous roommate has moved out and we are looking for someone to join. We are both fairly social, active, enjoy cooking, going out around London and view the house as a home. Would love to find someone who we get on with well and would easily slot into the house.

Available from end of August with some flexibility on dates. Looking for a one year contract.

Looking for non smokers who are clean and tidy.

Room has built in wardrobes and a bed already so probably would only need a little extra furniture e. g bedside tables. On street parking available.
