2 minutes from Wandsworth Town Station

15 minute walk to Clapham Junction or 10 minutes on bus.

20 minutes Walk to East Putney Tube Station (District Line)

Checks will be going through with the landlord, before officially moving in as documents and deposit needs to be confirmed.
