1 King room available to let in a 3 bed house. Large ottoman bed in there in pictures currently. When you leave the house, you can be on the platform in 2 minutes, straight into waterloo. Beautiful quiet street, pub on the corner, The Alma on the road behind. 2 minute walk from Old York Road with lots of restaurants and pubs and wine bars ect.

Room is furnished currently apart from the desk which the current flatmate will take with him.

Happy for a short term let , with option for longer. Only moved in last year. Flexible start date. Looking for someone who gets on and is pretty relaxed and open to going for a drink and up for being part of the house ect

The spare bedroom is on the top floor, and is the only room on that floor with the bathroom next door. Big kitchen with island seating, open lounge, garden (still to be finished), big master bathroom. Southwest facing garden

Bills included , fast virgin Internet , gas electricity, council tax, cleaner once a month , water , amazon prime tv , sky sports, tnt sports, virgin TV ect

We have 2 cats , both house cats so need someone who will be careful with opening windows ect

Would just be a couple living here for the moment. Cerys is cabin crew so away a fair bit, I work from home a few times a week but work from the study so house is pretty quiet in the week. Both like exercise and going for a pint. Current flatmate is moving in with partner so looking for a replacement.
