1 King room in house w/garden close to station

Spacious king room available in a recently refurbished 3-bed house on a quiet street in Wandsworth.

You can be on the platform in 2 minutes with direct trains into Waterloo. Pub on the corner, The Alma just behind, and Old York Road a 2-minute walk away with loads of great restaurants, wine bars and pubs.

The room is on the top floor and is the only bedroom up there, with a bathroom right next door – so it feels pretty private. Furnished with a large ottoman king bed (desk will be going with the current flatmate).

The house has a big kitchen with island seating, open lounge, southwest-facing garden, and a large main bathroom.

Bills can be included for £100pm (fast Virgin internet, gas, electricity, council tax, water, monthly cleaner, Amazon Prime TV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Virgin TV etc).

You’d be living with a couple – both very easy-going. Cerys is cabin crew and away a few days a week, and I work from home a couple of days but have a separate study so not in the way. We’re social, like a pint and keeping active, but it’s a relaxed house – not intense couple vibes. Current flatmate is moving in with their partner.

We’ve got two indoor cats, so need someone who is okay with them.

Happy to consider short term with option to stay longer. Looking for someone tidy, relaxed and up for the odd drink.
