Double en-suite. Looking for a fun third flatmate!

Suzie and Elliot (friends from uni) are looking for a fun third flatmate to move into this spacious maisonette located next to the Southside Shopping complex in Wandsworth Town from the 5th of January 2025.

About your room - a large cosy en-suite double room with its very own walk-in wardrobe(!) and bath. Ashling (who is sadly moving to Dubai) owns all the furniture and will be taking the bed with her so you will need to source one yourself. However she can sell the desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and table for £50. She also has a fancy ottoman at the end of the bed that she said she can sell for another £50.

About the maisonette - it is split over three floors with a large storage area and shared toilet on the lower floor next to your room. The middle floor is a large open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a balcony overlooking Wandsworth High Street (great for people watching). On the top floor are Suzie's and Elliot's bedrooms. Elliot's room has a balcony so if you ask him nicely you can sunbathe up there in the summer.

Cost - rent is £860 plus bills which are circa £150 a month. Pretty good price for an en-suite double bedroom in Wandsworth!

Your lovely housemates - Suzie (31, Irish) and Elliot (32, English) are friends from uni who lived together just up the road before Suzie deserted Elliot to live in this much nicer maisonette. Both are very sporty/active (netball, football, tennis, tag rugby, F45, Crossfit etc) but are also susceptible to a Guinness or two at the local Irish pubs. Suzie saves the world every day working for the NHS and is ALWAYS away at weekends on various adventures. Elliot works in shipping so likes to think he is saving the world every day too, and at weekends is hanging out with his home/uni pals or seeing his family in Kent and down the road in Southfields.

About you - as long as you're not a pain in the arse we'll probably get on well (we've lived with lots of spareroomers over the years, have loved it and are still good friends with most of them). But we're looking for a professional who ideally works in the office/not at home most of the time, is a similar age, sporty/active/outgoing rather than lounging in the flat all day, but also someone who is good company for a Netflix night in.

We've posted this ad on the 15th November and pics will follow in the coming days. Suzie is currently galivanting around South America (evidence she is always away), so we'll arrange viewings once she is back. But we just wanted to get the ad up ASAP so you can message us in 7 days time once the pics are uploaded without having to pay for the annoying Early Bird membership.
