Wandsworth Room to Rent

Hi everyone,

We’re Vicky and Roisin! Our lovely housemate Jem is moving out in January, so we’re looking for someone to join our cosy flat of 3.

We’ve lived together now for over 2 years after meeting on Spare Room, so we know how well these things can work out and would love someone to be not just a flatmate, but a friend too.

Vicky is from the Wirral and works in procurement, and Roisin is from Essex and works in brand events. We’re both hybrid workers, so would be looking for someone to fit this lifestyle.

We love reality TV, pints, music, good food and just hanging out in the living room catching up.

The flat is 15 mins walk away from Wandsworth Town and Earsfield station, so great for anyone heading into Waterloo. Also, Clapham Junction is only a 5 min bus away too. Luckily, we’re only a 2 min walk from a big Sainsbury’s and Southside shopping centre which is very handy: we go every day!

The room, albeit on the smaller size, comes fully furnished and has room for a desk. Rent is £632.50 and bills usually come to around £90 a month. Let us know if you’re interested :)
