Hey there, I am heading back home to New Zealand for the winter so sadly moving out of my place whilst I am away.

The house is nicely set up with anything one needs and a homely feel about it. The 1st floor consists of a large kitchen/dining/lounge area, large fridge, gas stove, oven, washing machine etc. also a small balcony for those summer days.
The ground level has one bedroom, one bathroom and the basement level consists of two bedrooms one bathroom and some storage space.

The room for let is on the ground level room with en-suite with toilet and nice rainfall type shower.

Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers drawers & chest of drawers. with plenty of space to add more furniture, desk etc. if wanted.

The The location is amazing and the town is one of the nicest and safest areas to live that I've found in London. There's everything here form great food and coffee, great pubs, a selection of gyms and fitness classes and the Thames and Wandsworth Common only a short walk away!

Current flatmates are both female working professionals, one works from home and the other is office based, both are friendly, easy going, clean and tidy etc etc.

The room will be let on a 12 month contract with a break clause after 6 months, total bills are around £100 per month for all utilities.
