Double room to sublet (with permission from our landlady) from 18th January to 18th May 2025.

The room is light and cosy, in a shared, spacious flat with a large living room, separate kitchen, shared bathroom with a bath and window.

The flat is located in a lovely mews, a short five minute walk from Wandsworth Town train station and the vibrant, pedestrianised street Old York Road which is bustling with cafes, independent shops. wine bars and restaurants.

You'll be sharing with a 32 year old male, who is sociable, tidy, clean, into fitness and rugby. He works for Sky and mostly from the office except on Fridays so you'll have access to all Sky channels at a very discounted rate! We also have a parking space and kind, considerate neighbours.

We're looking for someone of a similar age, who is friendly, clean, tidy, respectful and looking for a short term let.

No smoking and no pets. Council tax band E.
