Double Room with En-Suite, Pool/Gym & Co-working!

I am looking for a new housemate to join me and Luna (my miniature Labradoodle 🐶) in our amazing flat! The current housemate is moving out, so I’m searching for someone to take their place in this incredible living space. You’ll get your own spacious double room with an en-suite, plus access to an on-site heated swimming pool, a brand new co-working space and a state-of-the-art gym — it’s a great place to live!

A bit about me:
I’m 30, a business owner, and love to unwind with a pint at the pub, but I also enjoy quiet nights in, Netflix binges, and keeping active. I’m into most sports, and recently started playing Padel!

About you:
I’m ideally looking for someone or a couple in their mid/late 20s to early/mid 30s who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a laid-back vibe. Bonus points if you’re into sport (I’m an Arsenal fan)

Most importantly, you must love dogs because Luna is a big part of the flat, and I want someone who will enjoy her company as she is a very sociable dog who everyone loves in our apartment block!

The move in date is March 6th. Min 6 months but ideally around a year.

Council tax F. The bills are about £150-200 each a month but you don’t have to pay for a gym, pool or a co-working space 👀
