Double bedroom (own bathroom) New Acres Wandsworth

My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take her double bedroom (king size bed, 2x bedside tables and wardrobe). You’ll have a separate bathroom and we’ll share kitchen/ living room. Flat is very spacious, warm and is filled with sunshine on a sunny days.

Please check New Acres website for more details, in topline our development has gym with fitness classes, heated outdoor pool, coworking spaces, residents events and more fun stuff on site. That’s included in the rent as well as internet, but not the other bills.

I’m very tidy person and would love to socialise together, share food or wine or Netflix series but also respect when you need alone time after long day at work, etc. I WFH twice a week and like to spend weekends out with friends or traveling. Looking for a person with similar vibes. I also have a little cat, she is very friendly.

The official move in is 11th April but we could negotiate if needed few weeks earlier (by the way it’s not a sublet we’ll set a new contract on both our names and will need to go through reference checks)


Area: Close walk to the station with 15 mins train to Waterloo station, 5 mins to Thames waterfront, 10mins to shopping centre with TKMaxx, H&M, Oliver Bonas and many more. Gail’s, Joe &Juice and other cute shops just 5 mins walk
