I’m tidy, easy-going and enjoy a relaxed, friendly home. I’m happy to occasionally share food, a glass of wine or a Netflix series, but also respect personal space after work. I work from home twice a week and usually spend weekends out with friends or travelling.
I also have a very friendly little cat, so you’d need to be comfortable living with pets.
The development & area
Living in New Acres means you have great amenities right on site, plus:
• 2 minutes to the River Thames waterfront
• Short walk to the station (~15 mins to Waterloo Station)
• About 10 minutes to shopping (TK Maxx, H&M, Oliver Bonas)
• 5 minutes to cafés like Gail’s and Joe & The Juice
The development itself also has a yoga studio, bar, bookshop and hairdresser.
Other details
This is not a sublet , we’ll set up a new joint contract, and the new tenant will need to go through reference checks. My current flatmate may be able to move out earlier around mid-March.
