2x flatmates wanted for a stunning 3 bed apartment

Hi! I’m looking for two flatmates to join me in applying for a gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment in Wandsworth — a brand-new development with luxury amenities, including:

🏊 Heated outdoor pool
💪 Fully equipped gym
💻 Co-working spaces
🌿 Landscaped roof terraces

I don’t have the apartment yet—we would need to apply together as a group. The flat is available between 15 days to 8 weeks from now, depending on when we secure it.

🏡 About the Flat:

– Unfurnished (there are furnished options, but they have a smaller lounge space)
– 3 x double bedrooms
– I have a TV and kitchen essentials. Happy to get a couch from Ikea or something OR there are furnished options too if that works better for you – I am flexible :)
– Spacious, modern, and bright and brand new!
– 3x double bedrooms
– Bills not included

💰 Costs:

– £4,200pm divided by 3 people = £1,400 per person per month
– Deposit: £300 total (£100 each to hold the apartment during reference checks, then a one-month deposit as a bond)

About Me:

I’m a UX/UI Designer, tidy, friendly, and sociable. I enjoy travel, theatre, dining out, and creative pursuits. I love a relaxed home where everyone feels comfortable, respects each other’s space, and can also have a laugh over a drink or a good meal.

The ideal flatmates would be:

✅ Friendly and considerate – up for occasional flat dinners or drinks, but no pressure
