Double Room with walk-in wardrobe and own bathroom

Hi there,

I am renting out a fully furnished double room in my flat in Wandsworth Town. The room is bright and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe for excellent storage space. You will also have private access to the main bathroom of the flat (located next door to the room). I have attached pictures of the room itself, the walk-in wardrobe, the main bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. The rest of the flat is also bright, spacious and well-maintained.

The flat is located in Wandsworth Town very close to Southside shopping centre which features several great shops and amenities, as does Wandsworth Town itself which is a very pleasant area to live. The block is opposite a large park and there several options for gyms, pubs and supermarkets less than a 5 minute walk away.

The flat is a 10-15 minute walk away from Wandsworth Town national station and a short bus ride or cycle away from Clapham Junction (5 minutes) and Tooting Broadway (10-15 minutes) stations. There is also a slightly longer bus (20 minutes) which can take you directly to Clapham Common.

The building offers a concierge service which operates from 8am to 5:30pm on weekdays. Our concierge is friendly and helpful and able to take in deliveries at any time during those hours. The communal areas of the building are cleaned regularly.

The room is available any time from the 12th May and I am happy to consider both short and long-term lets.

I would like to charge £1,350pcm for the room and request a £1,000 deposit, however I am happy to negotiate on both of these.

Bills are entirely included within the rental price. The price also includes a cleaner who typically visits the flat twice per month.

Council tax band E (council tax is already included in the rental price)

I am the only other occupant of the flat. I am a 30 year-old professional who is friendly and easy-going. My interests include running, going to the gym, cinema trips and socialising with friends.
