Hi! I’m Dani. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to share this lovely flat with me in New Acres.
A bit about me – I moved to London 7 years ago and work in paid media (digital marketing). I’m sociable, tidy, and always up for a good time.
The flat is part of the INTERMEDIATE SCHEME, so there are a couple of eligibility requirements: **YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE A FULL-TIME, PERMANENT JOB AND EARN NO MORE THAN £30,000 PER YEAR**. (This is part of the scheme that allows us to pay half the market rent!)
The flat itself is modern, clean, and well-organised. You’ll have your **own bathroom** (there are two bathrooms in the flat), and the **rent includes access to a pool and gym**. The building has a great community vibe, with regular monthly events too.
Bills come to about **£160 per person per month**.
