The flat is a 3 bed (you'll be house sharing with 2x girls, one Aussie and one Brit) with a living room, separate kitchen and the building has a communal garden. The flat is furnished and there is space in the living room for a desk to work from home.

It's a lovely, safe area full of families and young professionals. 5 mins walk to Southside shopping centre and supermarkets. Wandsworth Park is a 5 min walk away right on the Thames river. We are less than a 10 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, 15 mins to East Putney station and there are buses right outside to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Putney, Wimbledon and lots of other places. There are lots of nice local pubs and restaurants and both Putney and Clapham Junction are super easy to get to.

We are respectful, clean and tidy flatmates who like to socialise but also happy to have our own time.

Rent is £800 pcm and bills are approx £100 on top.
