Wandsworth Town Apartment

This listing is for a room in a two bed apartment within the New Acres complex. It comes with a concierge, onsite gym, communal workspace, and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

The current housemate is soon to hand in his notice to trigger a two month countdown but can be somewhat flexible on dates depending on your requirements. The place comes furnished with the current housemate taking one of the sofa’s, the TV and various bits around the kitchen.

The room has a built in wardrobe, and under bed storage which we have both found to be more than enough. We are a 3 minute walk to Wandsworth Town high street with plenty of pubs, restaurants and a train station into Waterloo. We are a 10 minute walk to a Southside shopping centre (Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Boots, H&M, Office etc etc), and a 15 minute walk to East Putney tube (District line).

As a self employed professional I do tend to work from the communal workspace / apartment, so would ideally look for someone who works most of the time in the office. Ideally the housemate would be someone who is social and outgoing but does not want to bring the party back home.
