Description
Hi there! I’m Rachael & I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my newly renovated home in Wandsworth Town. If you’re after a peaceful, cozy, and friendly space this might be perfect for you 😊
The Place:
1. The Room Available: is big, bright, and quiet, with a brand new bed and mattress, curtains with blackout lining, and plenty of storage (very large closet + drawers under the bed).
2. The House: feels more like a cosy countryside cottage than a London flat, with a bright conservatory kitchen overlooking a small private garden, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a modern bathroom with rainfall shower and bathtub.
3. The Area: just a 4-min walk to Wandsworth Town Station and 2-min to the nearest bus stop. The street itself is safe and quiet, but you’ll also have restaurants, pubs, cafes, gyms, parks, a cinema, and shopping centre all just minutes away.
About Me:
I’m a nutritionist (& trainee psychotherapist) who’s really passionate about tackling diet culture and social justice issues. But I'm also very good at turning that part of my brain off, pretending the world isn't on fire, and having a laugh. Socially, I prefer a more low-key/chill vibe. I’m not really a partying or clubbing kinda gal. I’m more into movie nights, game nights, long dinners, chats, chilling at the pub, etc. Ideally, I’d like to live with people who feel the same because, at the ripe old age of 31, I just can’t hack it in a party house. & As for living style in general, I’m pretty relaxed and easy-going. I like to keep things fairly clean but I’m not OTT.
What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for someone kind, easy-going, and friendly, who wants to make the house feel like a happy, comfortable place to come home to. If that sounds like you, drop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself!
P. S.
- Council Tax Band = F
- Estimated cost of bills each month = £155
