About the house:
It’s a 4 bed 3.5 bath house with a little back garden, separate living & dining room and a big kitchen. Rent is £1100 pcm excl bills (normally around £100 extra pm).

The double bedroom room is located on the top (third) floor, with plenty of afternoon sunlight and stunning sunset views. You’ll share the bathroom with just one other girl (myself), and the room comes with a double mattress, bed frame, and bedside table. There’s currently a wardrobe in the room which can be bought from myself as the previous occupant of the room.

The house was rented unfurnished, but the common areas are fully furnished, so you'll have everything you need to feel at home.

About us:
Our housemate is moving to Aus and we’re looking for a girl to replace her on 15th September.

You’d be living with Charlie (24) who works in real estate, Samantha (29) from New Zealand and works in Marketing, Natasha (26) from UK/Switzerland who works in Marketing. We’re all outgoing and social, very active and love our sports and cooking. We’re all friends and we hang out, but we’re also respectful of needing alone time and all have our own groups of friends as well as each other. We’re a very clean and tidy house and want to keep it this way! Looking for someone likeminded that will be a kind and clean housemate as well as a friend.
