Hello! My lovely flatmate, Hebe, is sadly moving to North London, so we are looking for someone to take her room in our modern 2-bed flat in Wandsworth.

The room is a spacious double with its own bathroom and is furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen / living area, modern appliances (including dishwasher) and a balcony.

It is between Wandsworth Town and Putney train stations (about a 15 minutes walk from both) and close to East Putney station (about a 10 minutes walk). It is also moments from Wandsworth Park and the Thames River Path.

Rent is £1,150 p/m and bills are approximately £200 p/m. Deposit is c.£1,182.50.

The tenancy runs to May 2026, with potential to renew.

I’m friendly, tidy and sociable. I work full-time and am sometimes fairly busy during the week, but I’m always up for a little chat or chill in the evenings when I’m around. I like keeping the flat clean and relaxed – it’s definitely more of a home! I am looking for somebody like-minded - easy-going and respectful.
