I’m subletting my room from the 12th October to 26th November (possible extension TBC - waiting for a new lease to be agreed). I won’t be renewing so opportunity for you to take my place. Please note dates are not flexible for earlier start date. Only a later start date could work.
You’ll be living with 3 other Saffa guys (28-30 y. o.) and 1 Aussie guy. All professionals and only one works from home during the week.
I have a video I can share if you reach out please. The Room available is the 2nd last in the video (with the red wall). You’ll share a bathroom with one other person only.
Rent is £975 pcm not including bills. Bills are max £150 pcm but usually only around £100 pcm.
