MOVE IN DATE: 14th October 2025
RENT: £1,200 per month not including bills
Stunning modern 3 bed, 3 bathroom house with a large living room/kitchen and outdoor space
CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
- You’ll be taking my room and living with a brother (Lewis, 27) and sister (Jenna, 26) from Scotland
- They both work full time in the office 5 days a week
- Chilled throughout the week, sociable on weekends, and both into gym/sports
THE AREA:
- 8 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station
- 5 min walk from supermarkets, restaurants, the Padel Yard, big shopping centre and pubs
- Safe and friendly area!
LOOKING FOR:
- Age: 24+ boy or girl
- Job: full time employment, 3 days in office minimum
- Tidy, chilled and sociable
THE ROOM:
- Furnished or unfurnished (it’s all my furniture so I can sell it on to you or get rid of it - chest of drawers, bedside table, bed, large mirror)
- Also lots of storage downstairs - I have a cupboard for all my coats and another for all my shoes
If you’re interested please send over a bit about yourself (hobbies, work etc) and I’ll arrange viewings/zoom calls with my house mates
**Our tenancy ends on 19th of Jan 2026 - we’re hoping the landlords just extend it but we can’t guarantee they won’t end it or put up the rent**
