Close to public transport (7 min walk to Wandsworth Town for trains to Waterloo (16 mins), easy access to East Putney for underground, 3 min walk to bus stop for busses to Clapham Junction). Lots of cute cafes, pubs and gyms/classpass. 3 min walk to Southside centre - Waitrose, Sainsbury’s & Lidl.

You’ll be sharing with 38 year old corporate professional who works in the office 2/3x a week. She is into cooking, watching moves and series, going to the cinema and gigs and visiting coffee shops and restaurants, and of course travelling

Looking for fellow corporate professional who has their own life but current flatmate is also open to share a wine and watch a movie or chat after work. You are welcome to have friends over but it’s not a party house.

£1175 pcm and bills split fairly, max I have paid in the past is £150, depends on the heating. As you can see from the cat beds, there is a cat but she is coming with me (former flatmate), as well as most of the plants in the house. Move in date is latest 19th of October but I am flexible and can do any date between now and then.
