Big double room available in Wandsworth town, just 4 minute walk from the station and less than 30 seconds to old York road, where there are lots of cafes and shops, including a small Sainsbury’s - so very handy location. Also a 5 min walk to southside where there are pubs, a shopping centre etc.

You’ll be living with

1 x 27 Irish Gal
1 x 24 Irish Guy

We all get along really well so we are looking for my replacement to be interested in socialising as a household, but they all also have their own friends too. We watch tv together, pub visits etc.

About the room:

Very spacious double bedroom on ground floor
Just recently painted
The house was unfurnished, but I am only looking for applicants that are happy to buy my furniture off me, as I will not be taking it with me.

1 x big wardrobe
1 x big chest of draws
1 x big dresser
1 x desk
1 x bed frame

This will be an additional cost of £300.

Please note I will be taking my mattress with me.

About the house:

Downstairs shower is all yours, everyone else uses main bathroom upstairs. But you are more than welcome to use the bath upstairs.

Rent is £947.50 per month and bills come to around £100 per month.

Move in date: 30th November

As rent is normally due on the 25th, November 30th - 25th December will be £789.50. 25th of December onwards will be £947.50.
