Big room available in 3 bed house Wandsworth

Hi everyone! My friend and I are looking to recruit one housemate for an offered rental property in Wandsworth as our friend has sadly pulled out last minute. It’s such a good location, a 6 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and right near Wandsworth high street. The house is currently being painted and the floor of the bathroom is being redone. The living room and kitchen are really spacious, the available room is massive and we have a private garden too.

The house was super popular so we offered 2600 a month and that’s what our offer is. The available bedroom is the biggest one which is 925 a month, not including bills (which i think should be around £80-100). The other two are smaller so the rent is 800 and 875 respectively.

We have already paid the holding deposit so we are trying to sort this ASAP. The estate agent is wanting us to send over the full deposit (£1000 each) and the first month’s rent by Friday. We might be able to get slightly longer to do this but we are unsure. The move in date is the 1st of November.

You would be moving in with two 24 year olds Vicky and Nabs. I work as a trainee psychological wellbeing practitioner and Nabs is a broker. We love making new pals and would love to welcome someone new into our house!
