Double Room with Private Bathroom Wandsworth Town

Hanna here, I recently bought my flat with my brother, but he won’t be living at the property, so I’m looking to find someone I can share it with and build a nice little home! The flat is brand new, you will have your own bathroom outside the room (right next to it), the flat it’s on the 9th floor so you will have views over the river from your room! Wandsworth Town train station is right next to the development, one stop from Clapham Junction. I would love to live with likeminded person, I love spending time playing board games, hosting friends, going out, being active, but also enjoy my own wind time on the sofa and a good film with a homemade dinner and some wine! As you can see there is not many furniture yet as I want to get some vintage ones from flea markets (if you know any good ones we could go together - open to ideas on designing our living space). I’m also willing to get you any furniture in your room if needed (you’ll have the bed, super comfy brand new mattress, built in wardrobe). Chess of drawers and a the TV can be moved around whatever suits you). As this is my own place, I obviously want to live with someone respectful but also want you to feel as comfortable as it would be your own place too :) I’m not a strict live-in landlord, more a friend, so we can built it to together to our liking and host friends or just chill together :) Feel free to reach out to see the flat, and if this is something that sounds like would suit you :)
