Double room available to rent in a lovely, peaceful flat in the Tonsleys for £1010 incl. bills.

The bedroom is a good sized double with a large built in wardrobe and an alcove with built in shelving. The room has two windows, so gets nice light in the mornings and has a nice view over the downstairs flat’s garden. The room is unfurnished and rent is £835 a month. Bills come to £175, so it’s £1010 all in.

In the rest of the flat we have… a petite, but well appointed kitchen, a shared bathroom with a small bath and shower.
The sitting room is a big, bright dual aspect room at the front of the flat.

The flat is in the middle of the Tonsleys in Wandsworth Town, which has a really nice London village feel. There a plenty of pubs and coffee shops on the doorstep with the river, Wandsworth Park and Wandsworth Common all a short walk away.
It’s a really well connected and safe area. The flat is 4 mins from Wandsworth Town station with plenty of buses at the top of the road, and Clapham Junction also just a 15 minute stroll away.

About me…
I’m Aoife, I’m from Ireland, 35 and I work in the NHS. I’m an easygoing and sociable person with a fair bit going on, so would like to live with someone similar.
I’ve lived here for a year, current flatmate is moving in with a partner and will take some furnishings with her and leave some behind. We will need to buy some furnishings when she leaves and you will need furniture for your room.
I tend to be in the office 2-3 times a week and am usually away at least one weekend a month. It would be more suitable for someone who doesn’t work full time from home as I will work from home some days also.
