Cosy Double East Hill - Large Flat & Home Office

Hi! Our lovely flatmate Lucas is moving abroad, so we’re looking for a new person to take over his room from the end of December or early/mid January.

The Room

- A cosy small double for £807 (£710 + bills)
- Plenty of shelving
- Large built-in wardrobe

The Flat

We live on East Hill, just a 10-minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town.
The flat has:

- A bright spacious living room (currently featuring enough plants that we may or may not be trying to recreate Kew Gardens)

- A large kitchen that naturally becomes the after-work chat spot

- A shared bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet

- A dining area that is mostly a home office (perfect for hybrid working)

- A biweekly cleaner

A bit about us
We’re Charley (26F) and Tessa (36F). Both working professionals who like a relaxed, friendly home.

About Charley:
- Office-based during the week
- Loves reading, baking, and exploring London on weekends — think museums, long walks, discovering new cafés, or meeting friends

About Me:
- Work hybrid
- Into barrecore, run club, and reading
- Weekends are for the pub with friends, wandering local markets, and watching ice hockey on Sundays

The vibe we’re looking for:
Someone who wants a home, not just a room.
We’re always open to adding nice touches to the space, so if you come with great lighting, art, or more plants (if that’s even possible), you’ll fit right in.
