Room St John's Hill free from 27 DECEMBER 2025

Hi, our flatmate Lucas is leaving the UK and we’re looking for someone to take over his room either at the very end of December or the start of January.

The room is a cosy small double for £710 per month, with plenty of shelving and a large built-in wardrobe.

The flat is a 3-bedroom home on St John’s Hill, a 10-minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town. It has a spacious living room, a large kitchen, a shared bathroom, and an additional downstairs toilet.

Bills are £97 per month (excluding gas, billed quarterly; the highest has been £50 each for 3 months). A cleaner comes every two weeks, included in the bills.

You’d be living with Charley and me. We both like reading, Charley is a great baker and loves exploring the city during the day. I like running and exploring the local pubs.
