We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3 bed / 3 bath mews apartment just 1 minute from Wandsworth Town Station (10 min journey to Waterloo & Vauxhall). The road has plenty of perks too - Gail’s, Bailey & Sage, Sainbury’s, Joe & The Juice and lots of great food spots/pubs right on the doorstep.
You’d be sharing with two late-20s creatives (one girl, one guy) We’re looking for someone around the same age who’s tidy, respectful and that we genuinely click with. Ideally it’d be someone who doesn’t WFH full-time (a couple days a week max)
Our home is our sanctuary, so it’s not a party house - we only have overnight guests when someone is visiting town.
The room comes furnished with a bed - the current flatmate is willing to sell the table, chair, mirror and bedside table for a good price. The bigger bathroom would be yours but you’ll share the shower with the female housemate.
We’ve loved living here for 5+ years and secured a great deal during covid; our current flatmate is starting a new chapter in NYC, which is why we're looking.
