Lovely double room available in New Acres

I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over the double bedroom in our flat in New Acres from March 2026.

The room is furnished, with a fitted wardrobe and plenty of space for extra storage. The flat has a modern shared bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bright living room that’s great for relaxing. Wandsworth Town train station is just a 2-minute walk away, making commuting into central London really easy.

I work in the office five days a week, so it’d be ideal to live with someone who also heads into the office sometimes, though WFH is fine too, especially as there’s a co-working space in the main building. There’s also a gym and a heated outdoor pool included in the rent, which is lovely all year round.

About me:
I’m 33 and work in marketing in central London. Outside of work I love all the usual girly things like coffee, brunch dates, Pilates, and generally making the most of weekends with friends & family. I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space and a calm, tidy home.

I’m looking for a friendly, open flatmate who’s up for the odd shared meal or midweek chat. I’d love the flat to feel like a home, so a positive, easygoing vibe is important.

Bills are roughly £150 a month on top of the rent and deposit.
