We’re looking for someone new to join our lovely flat on Old York Road, right in the heart of Wandsworth Town! The location honestly couldn’t be better — just 150m from the station, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs, and only one stop (or <20 min walk) from Clapham Junction for even more transport options.

👯‍♀️ About Us:

You’d be living with three ladies aged 28–30. Two of us are teachers and one works in events (in the office 2–3 days a week). We’re all great friends and part of a really sociable AFL club, so there’s always something fun going on — but we also totally respect downtime and independent social lives.

• Modern ensuite with a waterfall shower 🚿

• Huge private balcony (seriously, it’s amazing for morning coffee or afternoon bevs, and gets sun into the early hours of the evening in summer!!)

• King bed and a massive wardrobe included

💰 Rent: £1,250 + bills (~£80/month)

Ideally for a single, but we’re open to the right couple too!

Bond: £1560 (5 weeks rent)
