Short term let preffered with option for longer. Some flex potential on start date. Looking for someone is pretty relaxed and is up for being part of the house ect.

Current housemates both like exercise and going for a pint, both have active lives. I work from home a fair bit and work from the study. Ollie is in the office most days.

Current flatmate is moving out as he's moving in with his girlfriend, have been friends for a number of years, so looking for someone else to fill the room.
